Glutamine – this type of workout supplement is also a kind of amino acid that your body can naturally produce. You can take Glutamine supplements to replace the used up glutamine in the body. The body can handle up to twenty (20) grams of glutamine per day. You can take the supplement before you workout for the day and 2 hours after.
